TERMS OF SERVICE

- I do NOT accept "exposure" or "fame" as valid payments
- I will not make free art, no matter the circumstance
- I will ONLY accept USD payment, meaning I do NOT accept bitcoin or cryptocurrency
- Commissions can be used FOR FREE where you want WITH CREDIT. Meaning they are NOT to be redistributed for payment (unless we have talked about it specifically being for marketing purposes)
- That also means they are NOT to be claimed as your own
- On that note, commissions are NOT meant to be minted or sold as NFTs, period
- I have the right to refuse any order
- I will not start on the artwork until I am paid in full
- Unless it's an emergency, I won't accept refunds after 24 HOURS after full payment
- The average time to complete a commission is 1-2 weeks, however, checking on me if I haven't gotten back to you every once in a while is acceptable (with manners of course)
- I will ask if I may put my art on social media/art galleries (credited to you + owner's character, if different). It is okay to deny
- If I breach any agreement we have made, please tell me!
